Cherie Soria is the Director of Living Light Culinary Arts
Institute and Author of "Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies".
Cherie has been teaching gourmet vegetarian cuisine for more than 25 years. She studied
the principles of healing with living foods with Dr. Ann Wigmore, and has combined these
principles with her own gourmet cuisine to create delicious, rejuvenating, raw living
foods.
Cherie Soria is the author of "Angel Foods:
Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies" and director of Living Light Culinary Arts
Institute. After teaching gourmet vegetarian cuisine from many cultures for 20 years,
Cherie studied with Dr. Ann Wigmore, reputed to be "The Mother of Living Foods",
learning the principles of healing and rejuvenation with whole, live foods. Cherie has
combined these two worlds of food preparation to create a live gourmet cuisine that is a
unique expression of culinary talent.
