2011 Holiday Shipping Schedule

DiscountJuicers.com - On the World Wide Web would like to wish you the warmest and healthiest holiday season.

This is the busiest season for us, and we are working extra hard to ensure packages are shipped in a timely manner. Although we are unable to 100% guarantee any package will be delivered before Christmas, we are providing guidelines below to help you make informed shopping decisions. Please ORDER EARLY as possible, and DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE to ensure a prompt delivery.

GROUND DELIVERY before Christmas

To ensure delivery of orders for Christmas (Shipping Carriers will not be delivering ground packages on December 25th), your IN STOCK item must be shipped by the following dates:

For your order to ship by the above date, we need to recieve payment by noon the previous business day. (Credit Cards, Money Orders and Cashiers checks). For Personal Checks, we hold the check 10 business days before shipping, so it is not advised to pay with a personal check if you require the shipment to go out without delay.

We Ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. (Orders from the weekend usually ship monday) We will not be shipping orders on the following business days:

November 24 - Thanksgiving
November 25 - Observance of Thanksgiving
December 26 - Observance of Christmas
January 2 - Observance of New Years Day

Service Guarantee for Air Packages

All major shipping carriers, FEDEX and UPS suspend their "service guarantee" (or money back refund) for packages that are late or delayed for all ground and air packages that are shipped between thanksgiving day and christmas day. We are unable to issue any refund for a package that does not get to the destination on time due to a service delay. Please ORDER EARLY as possible, and DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE to ensure a prompt delivery.

Sending Gifts

Please note: If you are paying with a credit card, we will only ship to the address where the credit card bill is sent every month (billing address). If you want to send a "gift" to an address that is not the billing address, please follow the instructions here.

Holiday Return/Exchange Information

Our normal return/exchange policy is listed below. It will stay in effect during the holiday season, with one exception:

We are extending the time in which you have to return items to 14 days AFTER DECEMBER 25, 2011 for all orders placed from December 1st thru December 23rd.

Returns:
Returns will only be accepted with return authorization number. All authorized equipment returns which are in the sealed original condition (factory fresh, original cartons, with all accessories) must be ship prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. All returns must be made within 14 days. Only products which are unused and NEW may be returned - if the product has been used in any way (If any food has come in contact with the item, it may not be returned). Once the juicer has been used it cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. If the juicer is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please contact the manufacturer. For an authorization number please fill out the RMA request form. RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. Please note: we subscribe to standard practice in the mail-order business in that your refund does not include any shipping and handling charges

Exchanges:
Exchanges may be made within 14 days only if the product has not been used and no food has come in contact with it. If after receiving a product and determining it will not meet your needs, you may exchange the item for another item we stock. We will give you full credit towards the purchase of another item. The shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for shipping charges of the new item.
