EASE OF CLEANUP
How easy is the clean-up. More parts and nooks and crannies means harder cleanup.
YIELD
How much juice will be extracted given the same amount of produce put into the machine.
JUICE QUALITY
How good is the quality of the juice? More nutrients, more enzymes means better
quality.
CONTINUOUS JUICING
Can you continuously juice without having to stop the machine and empty it out?
Non-continuous juicers usually can only juice up to 1 quart before the machine must be
stopped, cleaned before more juice can be made.
JUICES WHEATGRASS
Can the juicer juice wheatgrass? Juicing wheatgrass usually requires a special wheatgrass juicer.
FEED CHUTE SHAPE
The Feed Chute is the area of the juicer in which the produce that is being fed
into the machine must pass. Its shape may be of importance, because carrots are not
square, but usually circular. Juicers that have odd shaped chutes, may require
produce to be cut to be fed into the juice.
FEED CHUTE SIZE
The Feed Chute size is also important. The larger the chute, the
easier it will be to feed in produce with minimal chopping. On the flip side, feed
chutes that are TOO LARGE, may cause the produce to be fed in TOO rapidly and not allow
for maximum extraction.
MULTIPURPOSE MACHINE
Can the machine be used for more than just juicing?
RPM (Revolutions Per Minute)
How fast does the motor on the juicer spin?
HORSEPOWER
What is the horsepower of the machine, generally more horsepower is better.
WARRANTY
How long is the warranty on the unit? A longer warranty generally means a better
product. Although our two most expensive juicers have a shorter warranty than
some of the cheaper priced juicers.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Are replacement parts readily available for the juicer you are considering? Many
lower cost juicers do not have parts available, so you would need to throw away your
investment. All the juicers we offer have parts available.

from plastic, some are made with stainless steel.
