Karin Coleman Dina has been a raw food vegan for the past 15 years. She has a BFA degree in visual art and a BA in biology with a concentration in botany, magna cum laude. Her graduate education includes naturopathic medicine and nutrition at Bastyr University and is currently working on her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She will graduate in March of 2005.

She was a founding member of Bastyr's raw food group and did an internship in fasting supervision at True North Health Center in California. Karin's passion in life is to promote the highest level of personal and planetary health.
