Welcome to the happy, healthy world of Living & Raw Foods - learning through doing, making wise choices , exploring new horizons in holistic health. As a master chef, naturopath, and herbalist, I delight in sharing my insights, skills and experience with you during classes or retreats. The right of each person to absorb and apply this information at their own pace, is honored.

Our studio is in lovely western Maryland, in a recreational area with forests and waterways. Time is allowed for participants to enjoy nature and the surrounding area. Optional offerings include Massage & Bodywork therapies, Yoga, Herb walks, Music. Call, or email for a brochure and information about programs, fees, schedules, and local accomodations.
