3 cups medjool dates
1 cup almonds, soaked 12-48 hours, dehydrated 10 hours
1 cup pecans, soaked 6 hours, dehydrated 6 hours
5 dehydrated bananas
3/4 tsp. coconut extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Process almonds and pecans in a food processor with the "s" blade until nuts are
finely chopped. Slowly add the dehydrated bananas, dates, coconut extract and vanilla.
Continue processing until the dough has smooth texture. Shape dough into desired shape.
2 cups medjool dates, soaked 1 hour, save water
1 cup pinenuts
6 Tbsp. soak water from dates
2 tsp. vanilla
Combine in a food processor using the "s" blade until smooth and creamy, add
more water for consistency. Spread icing on cake and press shredded coconut into top and
sides of cake.
