I have noticed a big change in the way I feel due to the way I've been eating the past two years. I have been taking enezine capsules, and eating veg. smoothies to start my day. Just that meal along has dropped my BP, Pulse, Triglycerides, and cholesterol.$$ I still eat meat,fish, cheese and a lot of eggs. What I very strickly limit is bread, pasta, rice, pizza, potatos, cow's milk, and I stay away from prossessed foods...esp. SUGAR.$$ It is very hard to do this and I cheat so I don't keep any of this stuff in my house. This takes the temptation away and makes it inconvenent for me...most of the time I want something late a night when the stores are closed. This is the most effective way for me not to eat garbage food. I'll never give up my VITAMIX...3-hp make a great smoothie
