Welcome to my home page. I live in Arkansas, about 1/2 hour from Ft. Smith, AR, and don't know very many raw food eaters around here. I welcome contact with sincere spiritual seekers and those striving to attain at least a 75%-80% raw food diet.

Know that all things do work together for the good for those who love God and are called according to his purpose. He loves you and will take care of you, only you must take care of your body-temple and not neglect this precious gift. If you do, who knows? you may live to be as old as Norman Walker who lived to be, some say, around 115 years old. Does anyone know if that is really true? He invented the Norwalk Juice Press machine.
