When I first saw the beautifully inspiring cover of 'Raw Knowledge',
I knew I just had to read this book. Something about how the light streamed through the
heavens onto the temple (of knowledge) attracted me unexplicably. I had no choice but to
absorb this book as soon as possible. In this case, you can judge a book by its cover and
you will not be disappointed. The contents will be more inspiring than you expected.
The entertaining, magical journey on which we are taken, leads us
through a castle where we are given various Keys of Knowledge' to the Body, Mind and
Soul. These keys allow us to open doors where we discover things we were not we were not
aware of before. Paul stresses a different way of viewing everything in life throughout
the book beginning with having an open mind. This open mind sets the tone for the whole
way we live our lives and how we experience it. Once we have opened the first door, we are
taught new eye-opening lessons that build one on top of the other. By being willing to
step outside of society's prescribed behavioral pattern, we find all the keys that unlock
the door where answers are found.
One obvious way to break out of 'the common sense' mode is to embark
on a raw food diet. Anyone will agree that this is certainly one way to establish our
independence, as it entails challenging so many inherent cultural issues. Eating is such
an integral part of important to BE HAPPY. If you are miserable, despite eating the best
foods available, you will surely become sick.
